We are looking for someone with experience or knowledge with ITsoftware provisioning and software inventory.
We are currently working on a project for Role Based Provisioning. We have a need for a consultant to assist with the upfront discussions with each of our business units – these may include home office, regional and divisional groups.
We will need someone to obtain the following information (there may be additional information required) they also need to be able to “sell” or get “buy in” from the groups as to why we are doing this.
1. Obtain Inventory Listings of all Applications (owners and functionality)
2. Identify and record obsolete applications
3. Systems access:
Determine how access is granted for all systems/applications
Identify Access levels
Document and validate all levels’ functionality
This candidate MUST have EXCELLENT communication/presentation skills. They must have Excel and Word experience. Although they do not need to be “technical” they should have a basic understanding of business applications.
