FriendsHub Super10s Cricket Tournament 2009
This is the official group for FriendsHub Super10s Cricket Tournament
FriendsHub super10s is a cricket tournament to bring together cricket lovers and cricket crazy folks in Singapore. You don't have to be a professional cricketer to participate in this tournament, as long as you can hold/swing a bat and throw a ball and have the desire to play cricket you are eligible.
This is the first time Friendshub.com is organizing a cricket tournament in Singapore, and if the response is good, we will organize more such tournaments and also rope in sponsors. We want to make it a Hub for super10s cricket in Singapore.
You can form your own teams or if you do not have a team, post yourself in the forum
"looking for team".
If you do not have enough members in your team, post it in
"looking for players". And you can find the right one.
The registration Fees of only $250SGD to FriendsHub. Payment can be made by Cheque /Bank Transfer/ PayPal* See here for
Registration and Payment Details . And Make sure you bring your own cricketing gears, on the date of your match.
There is an Early bird registration fee of just only $200SGD for first 3 teams that registers for the tournament.

Tournament will be held for 3days.
- Group 1 Matches on Friday, 1st May 2009 (public holiday)
- Group 2 Matches on Saturday, 2nd May 2009 will be the group matches
- Semi-finals and the Finals on Sunday, On 3nd May 2009.

- Winning Team will receive SGD$700.00/- and FriendsHub rolling trophy
- Player of the tournament - SGD$100.00/-
- Runners up - SGD$200.00/-
How is the tournament played?
FriendsHub Super10s will have 10 players in each team, 10 overs per innings.
The tournament is a round robin with two groups each group will have 4 teams. Top two teams from each group will compete in Semi-finals and the winners will compete for the FriendsHub Supers10s rolling trophy in the grand finals.
How do I register my team?
To register for FriendsHub super10s Cricket Tournament 2009, Simply list your team details (Team Name, Captain Name, vice captain name, other players) and make the payment at

Rules & Regulations
1) Each team must have Maximum of 10 players and 2 substitute (optional). Minimum of 7 players is allowed to participate.
2) Match will be played with tennis ball.
3) Maximum of two over’s per bowler. Min of 5 bowlers should be used.
4) For every line no-ball, the next ball will be a free hit
5) There will be no leg before wicket (LBW)
6) All members must be registered with FriendsHub to take part in the super10s tournament.
7) All teams must introduce them in the forum; and list the names of all playing members in the team. If possible we recommend you to upload the team picture in the group.
8) All Players must create their profile at FriendsHub and it must be updated with their latest photo.
9) FriendsHub is not responsible for members not being aware of the tournament rules and regulations; Captain of each team is responsible for educating the team players of the tournament rules and regulations.
10) Prize money may be re-structured in case of not sufficient participating teams.
11) FriendsHub Management strongly recommends all the players to have their own medical insurance; As FriendsHub does not bear any medical expenses of players during the course of the game.
12) Tournament fees is not refundable after the last date of registration for tournament, or if the team pullout during the tournament.
13) FriendsHub Management reserves the right to disqualify any player from playing in the tournament.
14) FriendsHub Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations anytime.
